The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to assess their crisis management and resilience capabilities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive crisis management strategies.
- Conduct virtual training and education for the Murphy Academy and supporing the continuous improvement process of our Academy Modules.
- Collaborate with our product development team and customer success manager to ensure the Murphy Platform continues to evolve to meet clients' unique needs.
- Be prepared to provide clients with short notice and ongoing support and guidance during crises.
Qualifications:
- We focus on competence and depth - even if you aren't in the profile described but think your skill set is transferable, be brave and apply!
- At least 6 years of experience in a response-oriented role or security risk management field.
- Demonstrable understanding of cyber response with a broad knowledge of crisis management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work committed to continuous learning and improvement - we are a scale-up. After all, things can be pretty chaotic, and we move fast!
- Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous.
